Bug or Defect in SACS 13.2

Hi my friend ,

In SACS 13.2, we found that postvdb different result with Listing in SACS. The Run SACS consider P-delta effect. after disused with Bentley. They realise there was some defect in version 13.2. and already fixed in SACS 14. I can conclude that if we use kind of software. we need to make sure our input can be interpreted well with software and the output make sense.
